Erie weather has been rather chaotic. Some days, we have nice spring weather and some days, we have hot summer weather. I have been feeling lethargic these past few days. It could be the allergy or it could be just the heat that drained my energy. As we canceled our trip home, I try my best to fill the holiday with activities for Amanda. She has recovered from her sickness. One of the activities we like to do is going to the zoo.
Erie zoo is very close to my house and it is a nice place to visit when we run out of activity ideas.
We also like to visit the park. Fortunately, Erie has some big parks that worth visiting. A few weeks before Amanda was sick, we went to a walk path behind the knowledge park of Pennstate Erie. That was my first time visiting the path. It was a little cold so we had to bundle up ourselves with winter coats.

And if we do not feel like going out, I try to make Amanda busy with her books. She is into
Lucy van Velt. Lucy is one of the characters in
Peanut and Charlie brown book. This is Amanda pretending to be Lucy van Velt, the psychiatrist.

So here is to spring that last only a short while in Erie and to summer which I hope will not be too hot!:)

Cheers!
