So while I am waiting to see an orthopedic surgeon, I thought of adding up my calcium intake. I do not take milk and cheese thus my dairy consumption is limited to ice cream and yogurt. My problem is I can not take store-bought yogurt well. They are too sweet and too creamy.
Therefore, I need to blend my own yogurt. It is very easy to do. You only need a plain yogurt and some fruits. You can add in honey or sugar or lemon/orange juice if you wish.

For me, I like mine without honey or sugar.

ASIDE-Erie has been very wet these past few days. I love rain. It reminds me of my hometown, Bandung. However, I am still longing for a dryer day and a warm sun!
