More pictures from the Asian Children festival. This is our 3rd year of participation. There were six countries volunteering this time; Indonesia, China, The Philippines, Pakistan, Japan and India.
And since this festival is aimed to introduce each country's culture to children, we need to provide crafts to make it fun.
Last year my craft were making shadow puppet (Wayang), making kuda lumping and making paper fans. Well, this time, we still making paper fans however I made them fancy by adding some beads and guess what? the paper fans were a big hit among girls.
The lady in the picture was a Malaysian. I asked her to help me as I could not handle the crowd by myself. Next in my agenda is another big multicultural festival in April. Anybody want to help?
